"Go to a different church" like every institute of organised religion isn't out here to get your money. :mjlol:

At least when you go to a temple or mosque, the rabbi is coming from a point of "I've studied this book more than you and this is my opinion, open to debate."

In church the pastor always talks as if he is talking straight from God

Most brothers, even though taking their family there for the goodness of it, will deep down be:stopitslime:

Women will be ":blessed: Man of God"

More and more it’s more women (ratio) in the church.

Most churches, temples, mosques, synagogues etc are now at their core just places to launder money really.

Personally prefer to pray/connect outdoors in nature, but everyone takes the path that works best for them. 😁

Paying money at the church is helping pay the church bills, pay the staff and most importantly, pay for the pastor's new cadillac.
I really wish people would stop spouting this ish like it's factual.

Most churches(black churches at that) are struggling.

Struggling to keep the food pantry stocked, lights on and mortgage paid.
Many pastors defer their stipends, or whatever they get isn't anything you can live on.

Most do it for the love of the Lord.

Yes there's crooks with hooks present, as there are in all walks of life.

Lmao, paying the staff?

What, you think most churches are Greenleaf?

The people maintaining the building, balancing the books and running the kitchen aren't getting paid in 8 out of ten churches.

You wanna know who has the steadiest pay in the church nowadays?

The organist/keyboard/drummer.

Everyone else? Doing it for the love of the church.

Stop talking if you don't know what's walking.
