the son with the gaudy earrings and corny lyrics looking like a modern blackface impression
the father having a condition (ALS) in which 94% of those affected are whites
the depiction of taraji's character is a confrontational black woman
... she's still sexy, though
all in all, a white person could've made a television show with less demeaning caricatures of black people (e.g. - fresh prince)
