I'm more excited about Next gen consoles to play current gen games PS5/Xbox

And have been since SSD's and quicker loading times have been talked about since last year, now with some games either getting "boosted" or "enhanced" I more hype than ever to finish off a massive backlog of games that will take advantage of the new hardware.

I'm not hype for a single new next gen game in Nov (Miles being the only one I'm even mildly interested in) But everything else from Cyberpunk, to Assassins' creed, to yakuza, fuser, Sakuna, Zelda, Fenyx, and a probably a half dozen more games are what I'm hype for.


This is the 1st next gen system launch where I'm more excited to play current gen for the next couple months or so rather than next gen.

Stopped playing BL3, Death Stranding, and saving my NG+ playthrough on GoT to do all of that on PS5. Farming for Legendaries on BL3 is gonna be easy as shyt on the 5's SSD.

Your comment isn't possible because your side doesn't have shyt for the other side to be envious of. And Xbox has more in development than Sony, so you're stuck hyping up anything exclusive regardless of how unpopular the title is. I'm excited for both playing older games upgraded and newer games. Also, just looking forward to all the tech upgrades in the PS5, the controller being one of them most desired. The QoL aspects are going to be a blessing as well.

I’ll be playing miles morales, demon souls, cyberpunk, watchdogs, yakuza and BOTW hyrule warriors from november 12th until February or later.

While it’s good that both systems are backwards compatible and we get to play upgraded versions of current gen, i still need to see what next gen feels like.

Playstation is the system that needs to convince me with games to pick up a next system before an xbox.

Most the games I play on PC (fighters) all either play worse, get patched and updated later or release later at the same price as when it released on console. PC gaming is cool for something but bad for most others when it comes to me a console gaming

I'm really intrigued to see how developers will use the haptic feedback as well.

But Sony pushed me in this direction.

I'm a stan of gaming and gamers 1st.

Sony doesn't really look out for either...they don't even really pretend too.


Playstation definitely needed to convince me to purchase a playstation 1st over xbox and it hasn't...

Not that it really matter's in the long run because both will get copped..

What I’m trying to say is it’s cool to be hyped to play your games that you own on better hardware 4K autohdr 60fps+. It’s also cool to be hype on all the new shyt coming out. To me BC encourages stepping into next gen quicker. Trade in your old console keep everything you own and those are upgraded
