Some piece of shyt stuck a cat in cement. Most of the cat's body was encased in cement and it barely got its head to the top. They're rescuing the cat and you can hear it meowing in agony the whole time.

I have a dog and i love him to death. He got hit by a car a few years back and I was depressed as fukk, too bad it wasn't bad and he is 10000% healthy today. Whoever did that to the cat needs to suffer. Word to everything.
