Why can't we push for some rico type shyt for the KKK, the statutes of limitation doesnt run out for murder, and im pretty sure we could tie a few to their organization with minimal effort. At the very least cause them to disband or some shyt.


Like I said im not a lawyer, so excuse my ignorance of the subject. I know the R in RICO is for Racketeer, but the CO is for Corrupt Organizations, and KK falls under that.

At the very least can't we write up a bill that is similar to RICO, but for murders. Racist get racist ass laws passed all the time, why can't we push for our own? Or are we waiting of Obama for that?

I'm pretty sure you can probably apply the RICO to racist organizations. Prosecutors can destroy any type of criminal organization with the right motivation and resources, with our without the RICO. RICO is not really an important factor in none of this shyt. The have hate crime laws, and I'm sure there are probably specific laws for racist groups.

All of this is a moot point though. The RICO has been used against gangs forever, and they are still here. It's KKK sets all over america. The real problem is institutional racism. shyt like the KKK and other white supremacist groups will always be around.

Congress is not for us. The shyt is ran by white people. The justice system is not for us, it is ran by white people. This country is not for us, it is ran by white people. Our best interest is not, has never been, and nerve will be at heart. It's foolish and naive to expect them to draft, fight for, pass, and consistently and effectively enforce laws for the benefit of black people.

I don't even have the answers for you bro. Just know that shyt is fukked up, and will continue to be. In the mean time, be as successful as you can be and try to give back time and knowledge to your community. Arm yourself with knowledge of self, know your history, stay one step ahead, and get through life the best you can. But under no circumstance, expect this country to treat us fairly, equally, or just.
