I liked season 1

Season 2 was by far the worst IMO. shyt gets real again though. Directors wanted to tell the whole story of the drug game though and them docks play a huge role, playboy. Just think of it as educational.

Season 2 is love/hate. I didn't like it and my first time watchin thru the whole series I skipped through that shyt after like 5 episodes

the other half will say it was a necessary story, there's than the hood, you sleeping on it

My opinion is that season 2 is boring as shyt. Those guys at the docks are not entertaining at all. I would prefer more screen time for Stringer, Omar, Avon, etc over them dudes. However I recommend finishing it, because you see how it ties into the future seasons.

I liked season 1

Oh... Well if that's the case then you should like the other seasons. I will say that a lot of people didnt like the last season bits about the newspaper but its important to watch all of it. The newspaper portions did take focus away from what I wanted ti see but still very good. Season 3 and 4 were the best imo.

Wrong, season 5 is considered the weak link (and gets too much hate, Gus Haynes is a great character and the last 2-3 episodes are some of the best in the series)

Season 2 gets better the more often you see it

season 2 is dope, mad funny bunk and lester had quotable's for days, and they set up season 3 perfectly. it gets really better on a re-watch because it ties in a lot of stuff later down the road.

I love season 2, though I took a break after episode 2 because I couldn't get into it at first. But now I think it's the most interesting season of the show. But I'm into labor economics and unions, and worked at a port dock. So I might be biased.
