Hate it had to be me. In HS, me and my boys played 2-3 different sports. We had some sort of practice every day it seemed like. Then on Saturdays we would hoop from 2-9.The other day i was hooping at school (im a senior now in college) and these lil homies ran me into the ground. And my calves started cramping up after the 3rd game
I still lift weights 3/4 times a week. My vert is still in the low 30's, but my stamina is straight trash. Its gotten to the point where i cant play pickup games everyday, because of class, commuting to work, and just random stuff.
After we hooped earlier this week, i woke up the next day and my hips were sore. Them joints starting clicking when i walk too

What can i do to stop this? I drink water and stretch already
