On instagram soon. What tips do you think I should start with; is there anything in particular that you/ people would prefer to see? Im planning on doing an appetiser platter to start with but everything I cook will teach basic cooking skills and then how to utilise it in a dish. I dont necessarily want to just cook what I wanna cook because not everybody may be interested and some skills may be a little too advanced for some.

Gyoza - displays seasoning and sauce making as well as balancing flavour profiles and of course folding techniques.

Summer Salad - a variety of skills and ingredient usage.
