Only to be reminded in later seasons how trash it became.Watching season 1 again and the last time I saw it wa almost 5yrs ago. Forgot how good this show was
I've considered trying to watch this again.
I was locked in for the first season, but they lost me in the second season. The plot twist at the beginning already out me on edge, and watching Major Dad roll through as a mustache twirling villain pushed me off. But I might go back to it just off the strength of how ridiculous I heard it gets.

Yea, I bailed on season 4. Claire becoming president was too far fetched to even be plausible. Hell, the way Frank became president was equally ludicrous.

i wish i could enjoy it. i was in on the first two seasons, then i interned for one in between season 2 and 3 and i saw how politicians really are.
shyt got too ridiculous for me in the middle season 3 after that, these politicians are not political masterminds lol, they're mostly a bunch of morons with delusions of grandeur like in VEEP
