Im seeing a lot of highly credentialed black people unemployed right now

shyt is disturbing me. I’m seeing people from ivies and top schools with jds, phds, masters etc with great work experienced unemployed. In sectors like finance, law, tech, etc. the other day I saw someone with a phd in neuroscience working a minimum wage job. I don’t see things getting better and NOBODY is coming to save us, we are quietly slipping back into Jim Crow, and this time we have a bunch of dumb nights cheering it on along with the cacs.

Is there a reason highly educated people don’t leave to find work elsewhere globally?

• Finances
• Most companies either bullshyt or are ghost
• Joke and a half pay
• Hidden xenophobia
• If a person has a family, they would have to make a sacrifice

Its a big move sadly that not many can afford or luck up with a good contract. Its just a mess for people in this economy. If people found out that the economy worldwide is cooked because of one fukking man and his greedy fukking poo putts, it would a worldwide massacre of the rich.
