Yup some of the singers ain't even great, you always read articles about dudes in professional sports talking about damn insert name was better than me but he didn't make it.

life is a hoax 'brother up north better than jordan' so many examples like this. i was way swmarter than the valedicated torians at my school but why they were having nice time iwas getting evicted/lights turned off. i should be at m.it/ufc right now

No, you have to attach enormous pain to NOT doing it

When my friend wanted to lose weight and he got serious...
he put an ad on craigslist and offered people to come take
whatever they wanted if he didn't lose 3 lbs a week...he dropped 100lbs

When I wanted to hit certain revenue a week...I set an auto mailer with a deadline
and gave control to someone else ... it was set my (now ex) gf with passwords for all accts
and other evidence.... I hit my target goal

It works for me and has worked for others.....

1. Think of something embarrassing/painful
2. Set a deadline for achievement of goal/task
3. Give control to someone else
4. Sink or swim
