The fukked up part about it that Dr. Death was supposed to be cool w JR and he went along with Ferrera doing the Oklahoma act

When Ferrera did the act in the WWF on a episode of either Heat or Raw, Dr. Death suplexed the hell out of him and had a short run being JR's Bodyguard after
