The government needs to come through on some martial law and lock up every black male ages 14-30 and forcibly put them into government run internment camps like they did with the japanese. Yeah it ain't the most PC solution, but I'm tired. The ones who aren't known hoods can go back to their hood but the nikkas got to stay, pick cotton kill themselves or do whatever soul crushing labor. People got to know that the government can come through and crush the buildings. Knowing that you can have your rights taken away keeps people in check. Though I'm sympathetic enough to acknowledge the 14 and under and those who aren't on that shyt yet can be guided to do something if only they had some opportunities and guidance so we need incentives, not just punishments. Just nipping it in the bud would save so many lives but you got to get rid of like, a whole generation of nikkas.
