Seems like we hear this every couple of years.

You do.....

This guy was bringing back New York and that gangsta rap sound...

Then after shytting on the South and their 'dances' this guy had next, he was bringing back fun Hip Hop and New York....

Then after Jason Fox, you had Mims who's single was so big that supposedly other regions were jealous because New York was coming back...

No I wasn't and he is copying drill music. That sound, is not a New York sound. You NYCers can try to argue it all you want but you are wrong, 100%. In fact you guys are notorious for pulling this shyt. You will shyt on another region when they have a sound or style yet when you guys do it, it's all your own.

Let me know all the NYC rappers from the 90s who talked about owning trap houses and had a dance for their song ala Soulja Boy.... :snoop:
For the last time he did not have a dance for his song. The movements he made were spontaneous. Social media created the Shmoney Dance. Bobby was a Crip, it was a hood song salute to the set not meant to be a hit record or even garner label attention.

Bobby doesn't make drill music his production was Jahlil Beats the guy who works with Lloyd Banks and Meek Mill from PHILLY. 808's don't equal drill. Bobby was a spitter he didn't mumble or use autotune. He IS nothing like Keef artistically or personality wise.

Traphouse is like thot nationwide slang now. NY can't use 808's now? Fukk boom bap nikka.

Nah, too big shoes to fill. Think of how big of an Artist you gotta be coming outta NY.

nikkas literally gotta follow in the footsteps of 50, Jay, nas, and countless others. This ain't it. And as a city, NY in whole won't ever jump behind a Bronx nikka :yeshrug: that's just how it is.

If you ain't from Brooklyn or Queens:camby:
