but the record labels aren't even the same. go to one pre2000s and you'll see a bunch of young guys like me working there tryna find good artists out there and give them a shot. now its corporate guys looking for who can sell and what gimmick to use to make him a viable artist.

When the stock market crashed and labels started to merge, they focused on jungle music from the south because that was the only thing selling.

But down south music is usually shallow and is unfocused gibberish. I get money. I sell crack. I get pusssy. So much of that, these guys come of one-dimensional and as caricatures.

Now, Cali and Chicago is making a big push, because music moves forward off young artists, not 30 or 35 year old rappers from the south with limited skill and content.

Yall goin overboard. The first one was recycle bin status. The new album ain't nothing to run and tell ya nikkas to listen to it, but it really ain't that bad
