When I win I bring we with me
So I'm currently contracting with a tax software company to support their batch tax preparer users.

*Individual software - is for just that ...individuals doing there own maybe a family members taxes
*Batch software - is for small & mid size companies like H&R block, Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, etc
*Corporate software - is for huge public companies with in house accounting depts(I guess)

I deal with batch software and a huge amount of people I work with are black folks, actually the whole range of African diaspora. lot of African immigrant types do tax work. If I had to take a shot in the dark it seems like most either work at an H&R block type spot or work from (home / small shops) after getting a large clientele.

I know at least one lady from Texas said she was doing family returns via individual software ...after awhile more and more local people kept coming to her till she had a small base of clients. she then picked up batch software to process all her clients.(that said she only does it during tax season)

I was really surprised at how many bruhs(60%+/- of AA I help) out here doing tax work.

:ld:
I heard the term but I had no clue what da fukk a CPA was till now
(Not everyone doing taxes is actually a CPA)
