First of all:

Let's keep it purely scientific here :dame:

Secondly: I've heard cardio helps with overall circulation and a result is you can get harder and stay that way for longer. I'm slowly getting back into jogging and I'm hoping the gym i used to go to will open up so I can use the bikes and treadmills.

What else can I do to get me back to titanium status:lupe: I'm talking natural only. I already take ginseng for focus and green tea for energy.

Honestly bruh

Unless you cant get it up at all, ed supplements and pills d more harm than good. Being artifically diamond hard all the time isnt really sustainable nor healthy (makes cumming a lot more difficult)

Id only advise pills/supplements if youre not able to gradually get harder during foreplay and sex. This is coming from someone who used to be on that wave.
