Secondly: I've heard cardio helps with overall circulation and a result is you can get harder and stay that way for longer. I'm slowly getting back into jogging and I'm hoping the gym i used to go to will open up so I can use the bikes and treadmills.
What else can I do to get me back to titanium status
I'm talking natural only. I already take ginseng for focus and green tea for energy.
