so one day i'm in the gym and these two cats who are always together are there.
they are work out buddies or some shyt. so one day they start doing mad crunches and sit ups.
one would hold a weighted workout ball and drop in on the abs of the one doing the situps/crunches.
the workout balls quickly got larger and heavier. over the course of a week they were using the 20 pound joints.
they were obviously in pain getting hit and seemed to enjoy causing pain to the other when they were the ball handler.
they would encourage each other to do one more and then lift the ball over there head and throw it down like they were trying to break the ball.

so one day they come in and they look like shyt.
breathing hard and kinda sluggish. they drinking protein shakes while working out too.

back to the crunches.

Gym Bro 1: You ready?
*grabs 20 pound ball*

Gym Bro 2: You tell me ,you still coughing up blood?

GB1: Nah, i'm good. You?

GB2:

5 minutes later GB2 vomits while doing crunches and getting 20 pounds slammed into his stomach and chest repeatedly.

like a small geyser it blasted from his mouth and then right back down onto his face.

protein shake and you guessed it...blood.

GB2 left but GB1 stayed and practiced throwing the weighted ball down for another half hour.
