Pac was so relatable, articulate and charismatic that he represented a lot of people and had the ability to help politicise people should he have wanted to do that. People believed in Pac. I know a lot of people who were personally influenced by Pac when it comes to their views on social justice or broader politics. His music was powerful and he was so young still when he got murdered, as Tech said he could have been an ambassador for trying to put across many things that others wouldn't know how or care to do.

He mentioned that line in the interview though, he wasn't really saying what Pac would "say", was just saying that his voice musically or otherwise would still be impactful.

Vlad's interview questions are borderline stupid; why did Vlad ask Immortal Technique about 2Pac? Tech's train of thought was on Cuba and was interesting and Vlad brings up 'Pac way after talking about Mutula and Assata Shakur. Vlad does mention 'Pac a lot even if it has nothing to do with what the artist is saying, their relationship, etc
