Most of us weren't alive when he was President/Resigned. But when he died in 1994 he was basically the worse President legacy wise .More then a quarter century later time seemed to heal wounds. Among the positive things he did end the War draft. Discuss

Never mind his performance as president, I respect Nixon because he had a career in politics. He practiced law, was in the House of Representatives, elected to the senate and ran for a few offices before being elected. I don't think anyone would have expected for things to play out how it did. Donald Trump is a failed business man who never managed anything successfully in his life. He had zero political experience and no common sense from what I've seen. For me, I always expected him to be a magnitude of fail, but certainly not in this way and not to this extent.

Overall, Nixon was a paranoid, racist, cheating, control freak but he was a competent legislator and I think he kept the country's best interests(relative to the time) at heart. The fact that guys like Roger Stone were born out of that admin says enough.
