Went to the Jamaican spot at 8:40 and they talking about we're closed even though they close at 9pm everyday. Lazy ass nikkaz. Went to a soul food spot for breakfast and the cleaning guy said "no one showed up yet come back in a hour or 2" .. They open at 8 i went at 9:30..

I usually go to black businesses to support over everyone else but they be sloppy as hell and usually have shyt customer service.

We hire the wrong people in our businesses. You can’t have your nephew and his friend up in there unsupervised. Hit up the local colleges and find some folks that really want to work and take it seriously. I hate to say this as well, but hiring under 25s is also risky when you trying to make a business grow nowadays
