We don't know when and if it will show up in our lives, and we've seen plenty of people living a healthy lifestyle get it, but what kind of behaviors or steps do you take in your life to try to avoid it, if any?

i quit smoking cigarettes a few years ago for an ecig. i havent been able to quit completely but i got down to 3mg.

quitting nicotine is HARD. ive quit a few times but i always ended up coming back :francis:

its just such a dumb addiction because you get basically nothing from it. i wish i never started.

im thinking of going vegetarian after my birthday. cholesterol isnt so good... need some black market plavix or something!

You know who's not trying to avoid cancer?

@Roger king

He stay prancing up and down Christopher Street looking for any burly man dressed like the biker from The Village People who can blast his culo until it has no choice but to develop prostate cancer.

He's a bug chasing fakkit who's also a super spreader. Just an all around pox on society.

His breff stank too. :scust:

1. Water
2. Exercise
3. Avoiding Fried Foods
4. Avoiding Excessively Processed Foods (Not all "processed foods" are bad)
5. Avoiding Alcohol
7. Getting 7-8 hours of sleep a night
sleep is no joke. if i get less than 5 hours, my myoclonus starts acting up and sometimes ill get into borderline seizure territory

got epilepsy in the family. it scares the shyt out of me. its gotten worse as ive aged. i havent had a seizure since i was 29, but im waiting on the next one.

Is it true that his breath smells like fecal matter, desperation and male semen residue? 🫢

I heard he once scammed the coli for money to cover for his gambling addiction and now he just lurks in the dark, negging and angry dapping posts while also sụcking dıck for 💰 too.

Just the basics . No alcohol, no cigarettes, no drugs.

Beyond obvious carcinogens like those three, it just seems like luck and genetics as to who gets it . Getting regular screenings is a good idea.

I'm Also looking up federal brown zones to ensure I don't live in former chemical dump or nuclear waste sites. It really messed me up when I learned about how they used to just pave over old, toxic , industrial facilities and rezoned them for housing. For example, how those black people in Louisiana thought they were getting good deal on cheap property only to find out they used to dump toxic waste under them. .

And it's not just Louisiana. The western states of Arizona, coloroda, Utah, and New Mexico have a bunch of houses that were built right on top of fallout from the old nuclear tests. Even Texas isn't safe since the New Mexico nuke tests dumped toxic waste as far as Amarillo

For me personally:

-Excersise 4-5x a week

-3-4 liters of water daily

-Fasting for 16 hours 3-4x a week

-Sleeping 6-8 hours a day

Limiting processed/ fast foods, candy

- Taking proper vitamins/minerals which are usually zinc, magnesium glycinate, fish oil, Ashwaghanda, vitamin d3, and black seed oil daily.

- Eliminating alcohol, or reducing it SIGNIFICANTLY

- Being a loner other than when a broad come over or seeing fam. Why? STRESS is the biggest killer and it can directly trigger cancer and tooons of other ailments and diseases. So grinding, keeping to myself only dealing with women part time = ultimate peace of mind.:manny:

I got like 3 other cheat codes that make me healthy as fk and feeling damn near superhuman in this bytch. However imma have to keep them to myself for now yall boys:youngsabo:

If literally every adult did the above then obviously obesity wouldn't be much of a thing, cancer would be significantly diminished and heart ailments decreased.

However, at the end of the day it's all about discipline. You can get all the advice and pointers you want, it don't mean shyt if you ain't gonna put it into action and put in that work.:yeshrug:
