Its drawing a parallel because of the time differential of the sentances. Meaning, i posedthat if the black dude had also raped (as the white dude from stanford did) would he have only gotten 6 months for it totaling 40 years 6 months... or, would he have gotten a harsher sentence?

But you already know the answer. Cause the criminal justice system is racist.
