Which is your favorite Michael Jackson album?

For me this is an easy one... Bad

Bad has more tracks that are playable in any mood, songs have more of a cohesion, and the swag level on that album had reached unprecedented heights :wow:

Thriller made me know how famous Michael Jackson was, but Bad made me a fan
Got shades of all genres in that album.. R&B, Pop, Soul, Rock, Hip Hop, Jazz, etc

And as I stated, swag level only Bobby Brown, Nat King Cole, and Rick James had reached :ohlawd:

Songs like Liberian Girl, Bad, Speed Demon, Smooth Criminal, Leave Me Alone... Damn I love this album!

I feel Thriller the obvious classic songs (Beat it, Billie Jean, Thriller). Theres such a dropoff between his best songs on Thriller, and the other songs
But Bad is way more balanced, and its best songs are just as good as Thriller's best songs

Bad is thriller lite. Song for song, it's a copy & a failure. MJ has two classic, Off the wall & thriller rest is weak & it's not up for discussion...only reason anyone would say bad>thriller is because bad features a drum machine & can still sound some what relevant to a younger audience & identifiable, while thriller production is straight :flabbynsick:

to answer the question, off the wall is timeless music :blessed:

:comeon: Stop tryna sound deep

MJ had one of the best 4 album runs of all time in Off the Wall, Thriller, Bad, Dangerous

Just that Bad is the best out of all of them, has more stand-alone tracks that all can be single-worthy
