In Light of the latest Clipse album, is it finally time to put No Malice in the GOAT discussion?

Can Malice make a case as a top 5 rapper?

Yeah, I don't know if this is true or not, but I always heard that it's better to have your name listed as an artist on the song, as opposed to have your name after the song title like (feat. KingSol81).

I should read up on this a little bit
Its really all how the publishing is structured and how many ways it gets split, so like for instance, Daz, who was the only one to go with BMI when everyone else in Death Row went ascap (could be vice versa I forget, he eventually had pub through both) but on a lot of songs he was getting his pub percentage as a writer and a separate one for producer. So with Clipse it could very well be a situation where they're getting publishing percentage as a group (The Clipse) and individually as Pusha and Malice, and if that is the case then (No) Malice percentage will really let him eat cause as an individual hes independent where as Pusha T as a solo act has more hands in his pockets. Publishing is a gift and a curse for some and why when we dont understand how certain pop or r&b mega stars who have sold millions are broke after their run and we assume they just blew all their $ but the truth is it's often cause they dont write the actual songs so they're not getting those publishing checks, and then with all this when royalties come into play it's a whole other thing. The way labels set everything up was intentional to fukk the artists any way they could, it's like Motown songs where it's like "who the fukk is Joseph Weinbergensteinfield and how he wrote so many songs for The Whispers and Chi-Lites??" But really it's just record label people fukking over artists for their publishing before they even understand what publishing is.
