I totally get the premise of their argument as employees don't get paid enough to help make sure that these mandates are enforced and quite frankly, it's not their responsibility to do it so.

It's exactly like cities and state governments basically putting the onus on employees to help enforce the mask mandate and deal with the brunt and anger that came along with it.

It’s not just about pay either, its about basic human rights.

Unless you are government property, you shouldn’t be forced to do anything. Especially when people vaccinated are still dying too and by now, everyone who was vaccinated in January should’ve worn off. By next year, most of everyone’s will have worn off then what? My Vax card no good? We gonna have to keep doing this shyt?

My biggest thing is it should be the businesses decision.
