Only watched the first 2 and a half minutes of this.

Basically, they moving their headquarters because California had to much red tape and regulation and they want to move to one of the Deep South red states that has much less of it.

Although, I didn’t hear it mentioned, I am also going to assume operating costs in somewhere like Tennessee where it’s relatively cheap to live and do business are also going to be significantly lower than they are in California as well.

You’ve already started to see some of this with a large number of California natives moving to cities like Austin, TX. I expect to see more of it in the coming years.

Its whole identity is California and the burger is overrated. I am interested to see if there is any pushback on this in the future

Lynsi Snyder (CEO of In-out) is leaving California strictly due to her religious fanaticism. She’s a MAGA loyalist and hardcore Christian Fundamentalist and is using this as a way to shyt on California left leaning values.

Mind you Snyder has been married 4 different times (cheated on the third one) and has multiple DUI’s but apparently California LBGTQ+ community is where she draws the line.

Sidenote: Tennessee was just labeled the worst state in the country for quality of life purposes by CNBC due to lack of opportunities, lack of healthcare professionals and high crime.
