Silva fought the best whoever whenever not matter the weight(offered many times to lose for a GSP catchweight), Roy fought cab drivers and bums all that greatness and no dance partner no legacy, he's still fighting trying to get that, at least Silva big money days are in front of him with that L....................
you can say the same for Mike Tyson, at least Roy beat Bernard Hopkins in his prime and completely dominated outclass James Tony in his prime. Mike lost brutally to all the hall of famers he fought.
lets be real, Roy was a multi divisional champion I believed only surpassed by floyd and pac. He got old and lost, so now the entire 90's when he dominated just goes out the window.
Plus the flashy war was untouchable
He looked like shyt in the first fight with Tarver and was lucky to get the decision, the signs of decline were already there, he wasn't as athletic or dynamic with his punches.
Silva's streak in MMA is unmatched and will probably be that way unless Jon Jones breaks it.
