In the 2012 - 2013 season the Knicks went 54-28
They won the Atlantic and was 2nd in the conference

In the 2013 - 2014 season the same Knicks minus Kidd went 37-45
They did not make the playoffs

His role on the team was huge, he was like their coach
Everyone respected him
Melo said Kidd was the leader of the team
