In South Carolina, you didn't have to pass the bar exam...until black people starting graduating from law school.

This shyt has been going on in all industries in one form or another. Used to be a college degree of any kind was a cheat code to getting into management. Had a white friend in college got an asst manager job at a grocery store with a music major. This is when they were paying well if they dont still.

Most white Americans' lives would be better if they were willing to oppose a lot of the regulations and beauracracy element of American society that was created purely because Black People started having more access to things. They privatized most things. They create licenses for most things. Created all kinds of regulations on things...to stop Black people.

Same thing in Hawaii in the 1920s. You didn't need a law degree to take the bar exam, until a Filipino passed the bar and fought for sugar laborers against plantations. The CAC devils change the laws. People of color have to constantly deal with moving goal posts.

White people don’t like when Black people and other non-Whites start capitalizing on luxuries they have solely always enjoyed.

Soon as non-Whites start showing up in certain spaces Whites want to cherry pick a certain set of standards that specifically exclude non-Whites and is inclusive of Whites; particularly, upper middle class and wealthy Whites.

Case in point, there has been a drive in my home state to push these charter and private schools. Most poor and even middle class Blacks don’t send their kids to charter or private schools in large numbers.

These White folks basically done figured out a way to go back to segregated schools while embracing some draconian criteria that is highly exclusionary of non-White students.
