So I've been checking the scale every morning these days, looking to see numerical results of working out more regularly, but I haven't been checking that scale regularly.

Just noticed that I went from 174 to 171 in a couple of weeks. :obama:


Now my next target has been my post count. Started checking that regularly about a week ago when it was slightly over 22. Too much of anything is bad and it's time whip my focus back into shape.

And I've gotten a little stronger, too.

I'm just waiting for the cooler September weather to arrive so that I can really run. Not really risking it in this heat.

Til then, I just have to practice more on keeping my mind from getting :flabbynsick:

Isnt roughly a 2lb per week loss the maximum advised? Or is that just more health media bullshyt.

I went from 177 to 173 in the past week.

But I'm trying to gain muscle, so I'm perplexed.
