So I've been checking the scale every morning these days, looking to see numerical results of working out more regularly, but I haven't been checking that scale regularly.
Just noticed that I went from 174 to 171 in a couple of weeks.

Now my next target has been my post count. Started checking that regularly about a week ago when it was slightly over 22. Too much of anything is bad and it's time whip my focus back into shape.
