Any oppressed youth should be taught the principles of anarchy.
Particularly anarchosyndacalism.

Most people don't ever even learn that word because it is intentionally excluded from accepted curriculum outside of higher level studies.
K-12 and most college courses focus on ways that an individual can amass success, wealth and power... mostly by toiling for others as a worker bee.

Anarchosyndacalism instead teaches how to take power from those that already have it.
For example, school teaches you how to work for a company.
Anarchosyndacalism teaches you how to unionize with the other workers and purchase the company so that you all now work for yourselves.

Teachers receive disciplinary action for even letting students know it exists.
In discussions of capitalism, socialism, and economic structures and power structures in the classroom setting... anarchy is never mentioned.
They pretend it does not exist because it works so fast and effectively that the best way to combat it is to keep the masses ignorant of it.

Has to start with having strong Black families that support one another

Teach them discipline at an early age (daily chores are a good place to start, study habits etc)

Educate them about their history in this country and before we got here

Provide job opportunities

Teach them that the white man/woman is the devil

Stop telling every child to go to college. Inform them about trades, dem certs etc

Start reading to them when their babies

Introduce math and science at an early age

Stop feeding them junk/processed foods

Turn off the TV

Put them in self defense classes

Expose them to positive/beautiful art/images of themselves and snuff out the idea of Black being ugly, wrong or something that needs to be fixed or corrected

Haven't read it.

I've listened to dissertations and lectures by Chomski and George Galloway on it.
I'll check the book out though, because it can be overwhelming for youngsters to process something they have never been exposed to before.

So if its a good introductory book that is perfect.

Me, myself and I
Provide them with a healthy, loving environment to grow and thrive in, from the time of birth.

Give them Black people to look up to: within the family, Black people who are a part of our history, and not so famous black people.

Teach them to love, respect, and be loyal to our own, instead of worshiping others.

Start a business hire them and teach them how you did it while they work for you and you promote them based on a meritocracy. That's it /thread.
