The underdog who never lost the belt and had neck surgery against someone he stands no chance against. It's EASY MONEY. RIGHT?

Ideally? No, I wouldn't give the win to Bryan. He's not good enough. They already gave him the ultimate maina moment this year and it did jack shyt for business. The guy who beats Lesnar needs to be good enough to carry the ball going into the next era. The next Cena.
The question is... is that person really out there right now. And to that I say probably not. And so Bryan becomes a more feasible choice.
So it's his fault he got hurt?
Come on bro you know what I mean. Whether he had gotten hurt or not it's not like the E was headed towards another golden age.
Daniel Bryan isn't / wasn't the next John Cena.
unarguable.

Redo this poster...goat underdog main event
WWE not heading towards ANY golden age with this roster breh. Ratings will be the same no matter who the champ is and Cena still going to be merch king

No he's not. He connects with all fans instead of just 9 year olds.Daniel Bryan isn't / wasn't the next John Cena.
But I'm saying if they DID have that guy... that next Cena, that next Rock, that next Austin... then a win like this over Lesnar could be the thing that propels both him AND the fed to the next level. And from there who knows.
Bryan is NOT that guy.
