I’ve been in this woman’s position lol. I know why she sounds so nonchalant too. I’m dead. When an emotional man who love you more than you love him is upset with you it can be a bit much. I would only get a few words out, while listening to his overemotional speech that would just go on and on and on. Usually I tuned out and got on my computer. he always noticed. “Are you still there? Your not saying anything!” But everytime I would talk he would cut me off or get even more emotional. it just annoyed me. The thing is ,when it happens often enough you just stop giving a fukk. I can tell that this wasn’t her first time having this kind of call with him.

It sounds like he tried to neg her to emotionally manipulate her into staying with him. The idea that he even once said he was with her cuz he couldn’t be anybody else is so damaging to a relationship. She’s over it and he’s mad that she won’t put up with the nonsense.
