Dudes talk English with the same rythm as their native tongue. It's quite retarded and a byproduct of the fact that they don't practise the language enough with non Indians.

So their speech sounds like run on sentences or fast rambling. All the inflections in the wrong place.

I was on the subway last week and an Indian dude made a delay announcement that Nobody understood. Whole train started cracking jokes like wtf did he say... Was that even English?
