Article doesn’t explain why he targeted this dude or why he thought he was messing with his electricity. If just went insane and thought some random neighbour was messing with his electricity that’s fukked up.

To be snuffed out like that for no possible reason is horrific. Seriously. Life is mad.

Wasted the rest of his life too.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.
on a side note, i don't know why people try the insanity plea, They just lock you in an asylum until they decide you are well. which means they can keep you forever if they want. plus when you get out you still out have to serve time in some cases. They just keep you until you are sane enough to actually be convicted. You are deferring punishment not getting out of it.
I know guy how got that treatment, was locked up for twice as long as he would've been in prison, got out and was put on house arrest and probation for his crime.
It’s also very hard to go for it

Depends what jurisdiction you're in. Where I'm at, there isn't an "insanity plea," but you can be deemed "incompetent to stand trial," meaning you don't know right from wrong, and they'll put you right back on the street to do the same shyt again
