I really don’t think this a viable thing to do until your nation is already wealthy/established. At a certain lvl of poverty, a family simply must must must have a boy. Two tries at a 50/50 chance of girls to boys, ain’t gonna cut it. I can already see fathers ditching their daughters because they cannot plow the field, work in the steel mill, or carry the family name. A demographic catastrophe in the making. They probably will. I was actually shocked when i first went to east Africa. They are everywhere out there. They even got a whole district/ neighborhood in Nairobi that’s run by them.
