exactly why i usually go to forums when i need suggestions on things to buy
companies paying 'influencers' (people with a lot of followers) to push their products/services has been the wave for a minute now, i think that was one of gymshark's main marketing moves - - well played

This is really bad in the guntuber and tech review space.
Alot of these guys are shills that are mouthpieces for who ever pays them. They dont review their sponsors, they just take the money. The Honey scam is a classic example.
