I would pull that trick if I won the lottery.
If I won like $90 million in the lotto, I would share it with all adult family members and in-laws. There would be just one stipulation: your child would fill out a secret ballot determining how good of a parent you are. If you don't have children, you get money, so my brother in law would get money.
So, all the parents and my parents-in-law would get money. My siblings would get money. My one younger sister-in-law would get money. The older sister-in-law would get zero.
