im hoping they take in the feedback from the first and improve it. i loved the first but it wasnt perfect.

say what you want but james wan and leigh whannell are keeping the horror genre alive in north america.

You sure you saw it? From what I remember he went to that other dimension grabbed his sons soul and was gonna make it back to the other side when he stopped in front of a mirror and started yelling at that woman. I think it ended up jumping in his body and coming back with them. I think the father ended up killing the old psychic lady bc she saw what he really and wanted to stop her before she could tell the family.

The very end dude was possessed and strangled the old chick...I hope they retconned that bit, which it kinda looks like they did. Hopefully next time they go to the sleep world, the execution is improved. Not sure how I feel about a sequel to this tbh, the story was good as a stand alone and already fell apart at about the halfway point or so.
