I heard good things but 250 is a little steep for an impulse buy. I want to know if you guys have used this (or something similar) and what was your experience with it.

Coworker said he puts it on and its lights out in seconds. I move a little when i sleep too so i'm thinking this may help me get more restful sleep

If you tried supps, ambient noise, a nice mattress / pillows, an aromatic oil diffuser and none of that worked then I’d pay for it but those are all better options if you’re gonna spend some bread...

I have a weighted blanket, it's cool but hard to wash properly.

Plus I'm such a big dude even the biggest heaviest blanket barely covers my whole body nor keeps me down. Think OP around the same size as me so you might run into the same problems.

Would still recommend it to somebody with sleep issues.

Are you measuring your sleep with a Fitbit or something?

All good shyt, but people underestimate quality sleep gear.

You need a decent mattress. Decent doesn't mean thousands of dollars but it ain't gonna be a sleeping bag that's sitting on top of a piece of particle board .

Cats have a $30 Walmart comforter and think they are sleeping. Invest some bread, hell just do the research. Look and feel these Walmart/target comforters then go out and find some higher priced queen sized king sized comforters.

For the price of one quality comforter/blanket you can get one of the "bed sets" that includes pillow cases, flat sheets, fitted sheets and shyt.

Don't get me wrong those work and are great far starters, but for like a wedding gift or graduation gift of even on your own you need to invest in a quality comforter. As well as a quality flat sheet.
And fitted sheet...

They've got some weight to them. Wayyyy heavier then these Peter Pan bedsheets cats are sleeping on now.
