I was at work and it played when i had my phone on shuffle. I FELT that verse:lawd:

Triumph verse was dope, but was more of a "show my technical skills" verse

:lawd: Inspectah Deck used to be my favorite member from the Wu (next to Tical of course :shaq:) and I always felt Deck's best verse was on Guillotines.

But we can go on all day about this tho :obama:

But back to the thread, I have to say I preferred Triumph more and always have. Its a good question tho.

It's not just the lyrics or flow of the Triumph verse that makes it superior, it's the placement as the beat drops after ODB drops some knowledge on your ass. It's the representation of when the Wu was at their peak, with Wutang Forever dropping.

It was just the voice of the movement and period in the illustrious existence that was the Wu-Tang Clan.

His verse on Protect Ya Neck was more memorable, IMO. It was just too short.
