Would a sociopath even admit that they are a sociopath?
Would they be empathetic enough to retreat from society?
Diagnosis like sociopathy, psychopathy and even anti social personality are really quite shallow diagnosis.
People have a variety of underlying psychological and physiological issues as well as environmental factors that cause them to lash out in ways we would call anti-social or psychopathic behavior
I think its a failure of the psychological community at large to delineate how this disorders come to be via various methods.

I'm pretty sure sociopathy and psychopathy aren't "real" diagnoses. Most people online claiming to be one are just trying to sound cool.

Well he says he went through therapy so maybe they forced him to acknowledge he had a problem. According to him most people only realize they have this when loved ones force them to go seek help or they get in legal trouble so maybe that's his story. He doesn't seem too empathetic to me but he does have a logical understanding that his ways have harmed others

Most sociopaths are arrogant brutish unintelligent creatures anyway so breh is probably one for being crazy enough to proclaim it for an audience of millions of people
