"Basically women can “date up” but they have to “marry down,” and men will “date down” but will only “marry up”. Men realize this from a young age because to get sex we have to drop our standards. It often takes women a lot longer to realize that in order to get married she will eventually have to “marry down” (settle) or stay single. The longer she waits, the older she gets and the more she will have to compromise. That’s why women find dating so difficult. If your parents were both 6s, your mother could have spent her 20s hooking up with 8s – but your father couldn’t have. Young women days often do that these days. However, when these women reach their late 20s / 30s they will have to drop back down to dating 6s if they want to secure commitment. This process is difficult to accept because after 10 years of hooking-up with 8s she will have to realize that in fact she was only a 6 the whole time (the same applies for 5s hooking up with 7s, 4s with 6s etc). Truly hypergamous women nev"

I am sure we all know this ERA of social media/app dating etc., how are women in their late 20's to 30's going to adjust or get a guy to commit to them when the attention switches to younger women and older men who are not used to dating up dont feel like settling. As guy, I don't date down looks wise, I tend to date on my level. I am not pulling Ambar Rose or Rihanna/Beyonce fine but I have pulled 7's. I would say 7s is my range. but 8-10 is out of my league.

That's why you should never settle when you get into your prime as man to get married.

Most men start seeing significant income from the age of 27 plus. Eventually it will come around

This is true.:ehh:

I graduated at 25 and came out making 56k, got raises the next two years to put me at 63k and then once I got my masters the next year I jumped up a pay grade classification to 73k.

Most guys I associate with have the same story.

I've been enjoying the hell out of being 25+, and the ladies my age are all giving me the  about playing around, saying its not good.

I always give them the :umad: and ask them what they were doing from 18-25.
