Jeremy O. Harris, Lee Daniels, Tyler Perry.

All producers/directors who use Black women’s suffering as their main hook.

We all know what the common denominator amongst these men are.. but are black women ready to have that honest conversation?

If you gonna try to hit him with the "gotcha" question at least frame it better.

And before she asked the question she said Slave Play was one of the most important plays of the 21st Century.

:what:

Corny on all sides. You praise his play while trying to get him with a poorly setup "gotcha" question. You can't even explain why you think he hates black women.

This, just sloppy. She should have lead him into a better trap and removed all avenues of escape. Instead she went for the big guns too soon and wasn't effective enough. Too emotional and too eager to dunk on him.

Why are we letting gay black men be the “voice”
of the people is the real question? Why does society always prop up buck broken emasculated black men as representative who place black women in stereotypical scenarios? I’m tired of seeing all of these Billy Porters.
