Got to dress like this, got to talk like that. What if somebody has Aspergers/autism and talks hella slow; and thats the reason why they cant get the job? Thats not discrimination? What about when you have a Psoriasis flare up and they see you as "unpleasant to look a/be around" and you dont get the job? Thats discrimination too right? These interviews are a waste of time anyway. shyt is just an excuse to waste your time while upper management sits on there assess and do no work. shyt is another break for them...

Many jobs have a legitimate need for good verbal communication skills. Job interviews are critical to determine the best candidate. I agree there is the chance for bias to enter into most interview formats so the idea of blind interviews are valuable. But in no way should they be non-verbal if the job requires verbal communication. Which is most jobs.
