Got to dress like this, got to talk like that. What if somebody has Aspergers/autism and talks hella slow; and thats the reason why they cant get the job? Thats not discrimination? What about when you have a Psoriasis flare up and they see you as "unpleasant to look a/be around" and you dont get the job? Thats discrimination too right? These interviews are a waste of time anyway. shyt is just an excuse to waste your time while upper management sits on there assess and do no work. shyt is another break for them...
