Had to send two people home tonight for fukking up
Man it's amazing how much common sense people lack. Man company been going hard lately with the ban hammer and I'm constantly reiterating to folks how eyes are constantly on us.
Well these 2 guys fukked up tonight but it's minor, major to the company. These dummies did the right thing following protocol but dug their own holes by reporting the incident immediately thru company communication instead of just hitting me up first and letting them know they good.
Im trying to figure out ways to downplay the situation but these dudes just tell on themselves. On top of that, that fat ass lame motherfukker who was off today is monitoring company communications and hits me up immediately on some "hey 4north1side2 everything ok?" bytch "we good".
