I've always wanted to make a mental illness game. You play some adventure type game and every once in a while the world shifts when you have a mental breakdown. The whole world changes based on your mood, etc.

GTA meets NBA 2k meets the Sims

basically nba 2k as fully open world. Would make my player insane. You decide if you show up to a game or not. Get fined if you do. Hell you wanna pull in the arena with ak47, go ahead. You want to say fukk the NBA and do missions for a local boss, go ahead. An opponent drops a game winner on your head..cool..follow his ass home after the game and wack him. Of course the object of the game would to be a star, make millions, make the hall of fame, become a head coach, etc. But giving the player other stuff to do would be cool. Maybe you want to be average an just be able to pay rent while having kids with dimes that come to your games. Make it a MMO with a league filled of other user players.

i've had this idea since drug wars on the calculators in high school. gta has so much shyt in it, to include drugs... but there's never been a real drug dealing game

mine would be like mafia... where you can go to jail too, and lose years... or get killed and it's game over... it'd be old school so none of this regen health or multiple lives... you got to recruit crew, keep them happy so they don't kill you, buy weight, make sure you getting the best or be a shytty dealer, sell to actors or sell on the block, watch for the rats and cops... so many possibilities

thought of this but no all the fukkery... more so like you buy whips, you can hit the club, fukk strippers, get endorsements... but shyt effects other shyt... so you fukking and selling shoes, that takes away from the gym, so your ratings don't go as high... you fukking mad broads so your endorsement dry up... you get married and have kids and your endorsements sky rocket, but you gotta split time between all that now

i mean YOU are the vamp.... it's open world, gotta be back at the crib by daylight or you die... you can make vampires to run with you, or just kill people to get your health back... you slowly gain more powers over time.. like entrance a nikka to go do some murders on some shadows of mordor
