read the fukking article. it tells you everything

Nah. I'm looking for placement and logistics but I guess the autospy will need to come out.

The only way this could have happened is if the dog jumped in the air or was holding onto his sleeve and she was wrestling him for whatever god forsaken reason in her mind to protect the dog (you know how CACs feel about pets)

Problem though - the family may come after the cop in civil court since the prosecutors cleared the cop of any wrong doing in criminal court. Of course in civil court - monetary gains is a possibility

Union usually provides good legal representation in cases like these. They usually deflect the blame to training and protocol saying that the officer followed protocol and the liability would be on part of the city itself for establishing that protocol which was followed. Unless he broke protocol he will be protected.... If cops get sued for following protocol and that becomes a legal precedent then guess what - You won't have a lot of honest sane rational people signing up to be cops anymore. So it's sad what happened to the precious CAC family but now they can feel our pain somewhat. They should have kept the dog under control or kept their distance from the dog.

Not even a mistake really. It looked like she put herself in danger by not making a motion to pull the dog off it just looks like she's trying to protect the dog. So she essentially put herself in the line of fire. Waiting for the ballistics and autospy to come out and confirm this.

I actually LOL'd that they deemed the dog to be not a threat to people. It attacked a police officer :mindblown:

Then gain, you know how white people are with their dogs, all kissing them i the mouth and shyt
