iPad Air vs. iPad Air 2???

I've got an iPad Mini (first generation) -- and am looking to upgrade.

At Walmart, I see the iPad Air 32 gb (first gen) for $399.
I also see the iPad Air 16 gb for $349.
And then there's the iPad Air 2 16 gb for $489.

Which way should I go? Is it worth the extra $100 or so for the iPad Air 2?

And is there any reason the iPad Air 1 from the Apple Store is $399-$449, as opposed to $349-$399? Is that just because it's retail or something?

EDIT: I do not care about LTE. I'm using it off WiFi strictly.

Nah. I've got a 5s. I'll get around to upgrading, but I'm happy with it. I need the iPad more for work.
